We all want our students to feel like they can be themselves when they enter our classrooms. The first week of school, I like to do many different games and activities where students can have fun and share about themselves!
One of my favorites is this “Who Am I?” game!
I LOVE this game because it is student-led. Before we played last year, I quickly went over each card (in case students had difficulty reading the cards). They had a blast!
This comes straight out of my Back to School packet, but you can download it for FREE below:

In other news, I am so excited to show you the progress I’ve made in my classroom. I went in each day this past week and tackled so much! The first day back for teachers is Monday and students come the following week. I am SO looking forward to catching up with teacher-friends this week AND meeting my kids at Meet and Greet on Friday. Yippeee!
Here’s a sneak peek at some of my classroom pictures! I will share more this week.
What a fun game! Thank you for sharing it! Your room looks great, too! :)
