Are You a Whole Brainer?

Okay, you guys! I am no where close to being a “Whole Brain Teacher,” but I have started many of the first steps this week and all I can say is LOVE!

I have never seen a bunch of children more engaged and actively participating. If you are unfamiliar with Whole Brain Teaching, I highly recommend downloading their awesome and FREE e-book here at their website.

Want to see a phenomenal Whole Brain Teacher?

When I first saw this video over the summer, I kept thinking:

1. How stinkin’ adorable is she?

2. I WANT TO BE HER!

3. She is OUTSTANDING!

Check out this YouTube video:

If you’re a newbie Whole Brainer (or perhaps a soon-to-be Whole Brainer), feel free to grab these posters below. Woo hoo!

No but I desperately want to become one this year! We've rocked the class-yes strategy in my class for the past three years but with the group I have this now, keeping them engaged is no easy task. So I'm hoping to spend this weekend loading up my WBT-ing arsenal! I've seen this ladies videos before too. She is a rock star!! Love your signs as usual!

I'm SUPER intrigued by WBT and will be digging into it as I have a group this year that will be keeping me on my toes!!!

I am fairly obsessed with your blog and TpT items!! LOOOVVVE your First Grade Experts in your "Back To School For First Graders" unit. It is amaaaazingly relevant and super, super cute!!! I'm also using your Stupendous Story Elements freebie (looovee) and those Chevron Binder Covers are just toooo cute! You have a gift!

If you were able to take a peek at my new blog I would be so honored. I am currently having a Thirty One giveaway (personalized thermal lunch tote in a pattern of your choice), in case you'd be interested.

You can find me at Growing Firsties.

I agree. I want to start it this year. I just keep thinking I want to get my rules and routines down first and then I'll start Whole Brain. My goal is to start by October. I love this video. She is so good at WBT. Love your posters!
