Bossy R is No Longer Bossy (FREEBIE)

Last year when I introduced r-controlled vowels, I created my lessons based around the mean  faced character you see below. My students LOVED all of the phonics lessons centered around this guy.

But, this year, I’ve decided to switch it up a bit. At the beginning of the year, when I introduced my kiddos to r-controlled vowels, I created a fun little character named…are you ready? SUPER-DUPER R! Super-Duper R is way, way cooler than Bossy R. He is friendlier, cuter, and a SUPERHERO!
I've created a Super-Duper R packet that you can grab on TPT now. It is FILLED with all sorts of goodies, including a story all about Super-Duper R, posters of all of Super-Duper R’s friends, an art craftivity (see below) and a word hunt.
